As anticipation builds for her upcoming second EP, We’re all gonna die anyway, YAOUNDÉBOXINGCLUB teams up with tmdistant to deliver the stunning indie-pop gem, “Lose Our Minds”. Co-produced by Song Higginson, the track is laced with sun-soaked indie pop vibes, and dives deep into the complexities of digital connections in our fast-paced era— weaving together catchy melodies and reflective lyrics.
“We’re in the digital age, the world moves faster than it ever has and we’re all constantly connected to each other and yet relationships, romantic, amicable or of any kind really, feel so hard to maintain. Things move too fast, get blown out of proportion, there’s miscommunication. I guess I just wanted to talk about my experience on this song, and tell the people in my life that taking it slow and letting things happen naturally can be great too. My good friend tm felt the same, so he hopped on the song with me. The main elements of the song were laid out in a couple hours in his garden shed.” — YAOUNDÉBOXINGCLUB.
