Rising alt-pop artist Tonia releases new single “Cut the Cloth, Didn’t I”
Liverpool’s own Tonia is making serious waves, carving out a space in the city’s thriving music scene. With live slots locked in for BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend, Liverpool Sound City, and more, 2025 is already shaping up to be a defining year the rising alt-pop artist.
Today, she makes her DNü debut with “Cut the Cloth, Didn’t I” — a soulful offering that captures the slow, bittersweet unraveling of a once close and important relationship. Crafted alongside London-based producer and close collaborator Sfven, the track balances vulnerability with rich, immersive production—an emotionally-charged listen that lingers long after it ends.
