Cameroonian producer Seensei links up with YAOUNDÉBOXINGCLUB on “Wasa”
Seensei and YAOUNDÉBOXINGCLUB had been following each other on Twitter for quite some time without even knowing they were both music artists. And after finding out they both created music and were from the same background, they often engaged in conversation about music which led to this stunning collaboration.
Their collaboration “Wasa” effortlessly combines multiple genres such as makossa, afropop, electronic and pop to create a vibrant track which showcases the brilliant and eclectic music coming out of Africa today. With its anthemic vibe and YAOUNDÉBOXINGCLUB’s infectious vocal performance, “Wasa” is a gorgeous representation of Cameroon, as well as its people and its music.
