London-based R&B singer-songwriter OURAA releases new dark R&B single “BEDBUGZ”
Taken from her forthcoming EP Blood Orange which is due out in Spring 2024, London born and raised R&B singer songwriter OURAA has released her new single “BEDBUGZ”. Empowering and thoroughly enjoyable, the track is laced with soulful vocal melodies and built over a captivating production by producer and artist TEE.
“I was in the studio with Tee and Jabez Walsh (my friend who helped with some magical backing vocals to the single!) and the songwriting process for this track was very emotionally lead. In life, I realised with time that not everyone is who they say they are and not everyone has your best intentions at heart. The message I want my listeners to take away from this song is to not let the “BEDBUGZ” – aka the negative energies – get in the way of what you have to give to the universe. Sometimes it might not even be physical people it could also be that voice in your head that keeps telling you you can’t do something. Don’t let that stop you from being amazing.” — OURAA.
