Moonkay — Memories

London-based artist Moonkay shares new single “Memories”

Emerging artist, producer and vocalist Moonkay takes a retrospective view on past relationships on his latest offering “Memories”. His vocals flow beautifully over the electronic-centred production to create an atmospheric vibe that instantly connects with listeners. If you’re looking for a song to vibe to while reminiscing the past, then “Memories” is the perfect track to add to your playlists.

“I wanted to create something that had a gritty but almost religious feel to it and reflect my current situation in London. In many ways London is the kind of city a lot of people come to looking for opportunities and dreams, and if you’re not careful it can really fuck a lot of those dreams up. I wanted to make a song that felt like a backdrop to both my life over the past few years but also the city that has helped shape me for better or worse” — Moonkay.
