Inland Empire-based singer-songwriter Lu’ginnae unveils debut single “Feelin'”.
22 days into the new year and we’ve already been blessed with countless and outstanding debut singles by some of the best new artists on the music scene. Step forward Lu’ginnae, a singer-songwriter from Canyon Lake, CA, known for using her smoky and seductive vocal tone to intertwine lush harmonies into her songs, reminiscent of some of the best R&B vocalists that have come before her. She proves it on her stunning debut single “Feelin'”, which is laced with sensual lyrics, a captivating production which borrows some elements from the 2000’s but still sounds contemporary and her stunning vocal performance which instantly draws you in. With inspirations such as Beyoncé, Chaka Khan, BabyFace and Bobby Brown, her skilfully penned songs are written with the intention of invoking emotions into the listeners of her music, setting her apart from other up and coming artists within the same genre. There’s definitely potential here, so keep your eyes on Lu’ginnae.
