Philadelphia-based dark pop duo Korine release new single “Anhedonia”
“Anhedonia” is the first single taken from the duo’s forthcoming album album A Flame In The Dark. Stunning from the beginning, the track draws heavily from goth-tinged post-punk reminiscent The Cure. According to Morgy Ramone, the song is a fantasy of turning disgust into love like alchemy with sound.
If “Anhedonia” is any indication, A Flame In The Dark is shaping up to be a masterstroke of reinvention, with the duo redefining their sound and breathing fresh life into goth-inspired post-punk and new wave.
