Danish-Senegalese artist Kinck shares new song “Trouble In Paradise”
Copenhagen-based artist Kinck has already made her mark on the indie R&B scene in the past few years. Having worked with prominent producers such as The Fanatix, Nate Donmoyer (Kelela), Maths Time Joy (Mahalia), STWO and Yakob (6LACK) in the past, she’s now taking a leap into producing. On her latest offering “Trouble In Paradise”, she delivers a stunning vocal performance over a gorgeous electronic-centred R&B production.
“This song is really special to me and I wrote it when Denmark was in lock down and the whole world felt really fragile. The lyrics kind of have a double meaning to me and even though it is told as a love story it is more about trying to remain innocent in a corrupted world” — Kinck.
