Danish-Senegalese singer-songwriter Kinck drops new single “Emperor’s New Clothes”.
Named after the fable The Emperor’s New Clothes by Danish author H.C. Andersen, Danish-Senegalese singer-songwriter Kinck has unveiled her own play on the title where she elegantly calls her ex a poser. “Emperor’s New Clothes” is musically a solid alternative R&B song with hints of trap thanks to its bass heavy drums and commercial music.
Kinck has been quietly working hard on her forthcoming debut EP, travelling between Copenhagen, Los Angeles and London, as well as working with producers such as The Fanatix, Nathan Donmoyer, Maths Time, STWO and Yakob. Expect the EP to be released later this year.
