Toronto-based singer, songwriter and dancer Joël shares his latest effort “Woes”, the second track off his forthcoming EP GRUNGE GOSPEL (SIDE B).
We featured Canadian artist Joël last year when he dropped his excellent track “Vent”, and since then we’ve been quietly watching him. Known for making his blend of alternative R&B, which he’s coined Grunge Gospel, his latest effort “Woes”, showcases just that with its grungy and darker vibe, and his confident emotionally-charged vocal performance. The song is about people who doubted the Toronto native and didn’t want to see him succeed, as he always struggled to get support from people. Press play.
