Rising London-based artist HEN$HAW finally unveils the long awaited visuals for “LOWKEY”.
Having built a loyal fan base in the past year, 19 year-old rapper and songwriter HEN$HAW is rapidly becoming one of the most-sought after emerging acts around. His current single “LOWKEY” was released towards the end of 2019 and it has already become his most successful single to date. The emotionally-driven record built over a vibrant production laced by goodbyechase seamlessly infuses UK Garage and UK rap as HEN$HAW’s melodic and catchy rhymes ventures into depression. The music video shot and directed by Jack Whitfield was filmed in the rappers hometown Camden in North West London, where he has spent almost all his life.
“LOWKEY is a mix of Garage, UK Rap and my own unique style, it’s incomparable to anything you’ve heard before. On this track I wanted to give my supporters an insight into my life when I’m Callum and not Henny, it reveals my strengths, weaknesses and everything in between. The track is heavily influenced by UK Garage and artists like The Streets, DJ Luck, AJ Tracey, MC Neat, DJ Pied Piper & Monsta Boy” — HEN$HAW.
