19 year-old emerging pop talent noelle unveils new single “Shades of Blue”.
Compared to other countries such as the UK, the US, Germany, France and others, Canada only has a population of 38 million people. Despite having a lesser population than some of those countries, the second largest country in total area arguably produces the best music talent on the planet. We’ve already seen the likes of Drake, The Weeknd, Justin Bieber and in recent years Tory Lanez, Alessia Cara, Jessie Reyez and more build a successful career with their music. We’re once again being blessed with fresh new artists, and emerging talent noelle is an artist we’re predicting to have a bright future in pop.
