Eli Gosling Shares Music Video For “Criminal Love”

Eli Gosling shares music video for latest single “Criminal Love”, taken from his upcoming debut EP.

Co-written with singer, songwriter and producer Odunsi (The Engine), Eli Gosling’s latest single “Criminal Love” is a laid back song with universal appeal— it seamlessly infuses hip-hop, R&B and pop music to create an outstanding track with nostalgic vibes throughout. The music video directed by Loona Kasemets (The Graft) filmed in a suburban skate park, is a sweet tale about young love.

My aim was to encapsulate the feeling of young love, whilst remaining true to the artists daily experiences by capturing honest moments of him and his friends spending time together on a sunny summer day. I loved working with Loona she completely got my vision for the music video. I’m always on my skateboard at that park, so she wanted to film me there just hanging out. I wanted the video to be as chilled as possible, so she gave me and my friends a DV camera to play around with, and she cut in that footage which made the final video feel really natural. The story is about trying to steel and win the heart of a girl, but sometimes it’s not meant to be” Eli Gosling.

“Criminal Love”, released via Goldun Egg Records, is taken from the promising artists upcoming debut EP Blue Romance. Inspired by the likes of Post Malone, the late Juice WRLD and hip-hop music from the 90’s, Surrey-based Eli Gosling sounds wise beyond his age, and we seriously think he has the potential to be a star.
