“This song is about that person who can turn your world upside down. It’s about a love that was passionate and all-consuming, but also made me feel incredibly vulnerable and fragile. There was this constant fear lingering in the back of my mind that this person could leave me at any moment, and that terrified me. We were so dependent on each other that it became a cycle of extreme highs and devastating lows.
