Artists to Watch 2024: UK & IE

24 artists from the UK and Ireland you need to keep on your radar in 2024

The UK and Ireland currently boasts some of the most promising emerging talents right now. We’ve managed to compile a list of 24 artists with less than 100,000 monthly listeners on Spotify we believe should be on your radar this year. Among them is CHIG, a 5-piece band hailing from Bournemouth who are creating a buzz with their infectious shoegaze-meets-grunge with sprinkles of post punk sound. Mysterious Surrey newcomer HALO WHERE? has been captivating listeners with his punk-infused rap tracks and visually striking content. Ireland’s music scene is represented by genre-bending artists MOIO and Gaff, and then there’s Enola Gay, an Irish band you need to see live this year. Also, keep an eye on Coventry’s shortstraw., a punk rap artist who is poised to make waves this year.

Manchester’s DellaXOZ has been teasing new music, and 2024 might just be the year she releases a new project and gains more traction. London acts like Humane The Moon, Essence Martins, Betty, LULU., Korby, SOMOH, and sona blue impressed with their remarkable releases last year, and we anticipate their rise in popularity this year. Meanwhile, Essex-based alternative artist tmdistant stands out with a unique sound, the 20 year-old is set to release his debut EP this Spring. The list also includes Scottish acts Alex Amor and Theo Bleak, London-based alt-rap artist Fimiguerrero, alternative artist ELI, shoegaze/dream pop band Whitelands, the fast rising singer-songwriter Unflirt, safesp8ce, and more. It’s shaping up to be an exciting year for these diverse and talented musicians.
