Alice D Shares New Single “One Day, Maybe”

London-based singer-songwriter Alice D shares new single “One Day, Maybe”.

Born and based in London, independent R&B singer-songwriter Alice D has always been surrounded by music. Her mother Sara Dallin was a singer in Bananarama and her father was a dancer for iconic artists such as Michael Jackson and Tina Turner. So it was only right for the young Alice to pursue a career in music. Influenced by artists such as Aaliyah, Brandy, Kelela and Banks, Alice D has been known to combine multiple genres over the years— comfortable and at home with anything ranging from R&B to EDM.

On her latest offering “One Day, Maybe”, Alice D showcases her excellent songwriting ability as well as her stunning vocals which float beautifully over the Tim Blok-produced track, who also co-wrote the song with her. Lyrically, the song itself is about the conflicting thoughts and feelings you have in a relationship that you know deep down isn’t working but you still go back and forth in your mind, eventually releasing your own self-worth— a sentiment many listeners will be able to relate to.
